Mobile Telephone Translator - MobileTran™

MobileTran™ is both a translator and a dictionary in a mobile phone-cell phone which provides different ways of translating, depending on the way it is used. MobileTran™ is the first mobile telephone-cell phone translation service to be offered in the world that translates singles words, phrases, sentences and web pages from one language to another.

Languages supported: Albanian, Arabic, Bosnian, Brazilian Portuguese, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, European Portuguese, Filipino/Philipino/Tagalog, Finnish, Flemish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latin, Latin American Spanish, Norwegian, Old Church Slavonic, Polish, Rumanian/Romanian, Russian, Serbian (Latin script), Serbian (Cyrillic script), Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese and Welsh.

It utilises advanced mobile telephone-cell phone technology coupled with our unique translation technology to provide a cheap and easy to use mobile telephone-cell phone translation service. There is no need for any additional hardware or software to be added to the mobile telephone-cell phone. All that MobileTran™ requires is a WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) enabled telephone.

WAP MobileTran

MobileTran™ translates words, phrases and sentences. MobileTran™ is especially useful when travelling abroad because it can be used when your mobile phone-cell phone is in the roaming mode.

For translation of longer pieces of text while away from your desktop we recommend PalmTran or PocketTran for pocket/handheld devices and NeuroTran or InteractiveTran for desktop computers.

How many words does MobileTran have?

The biggest dictionaries that we have at the moment are incorporated into MobileTran™. MobileTran™ has between 30,000 and 250,000 basic words (entries) per language pair.

System Requirements

Your mobile/cell phone must be WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) enabled.
